Energy for movement
Java data pack listed for Minecraft 1.21–26.x. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.

With this datapack, moving consumes energy. You start with minimal energy, but it replenishes when you stand still or move while crouching (sneaking). Walking, running, and jumping all deplete energy. If your energy runs low, you will slow down until you are moving at a snail's pace.
