⬇ Download on ModrinthThis datapack makes goats drop mutton when they die. They drop 1-2 mutton when killed/dead, adding chance for 1 extra mutton per looting level. Here are the drop tables for each looting level.
No looting:

If the goat dies by any means involving fire (like for example fire aspect, lava or flame arrows), it will drop the food already cooked.
