Bloodlust — The Evolving PvP Sword
With a server-wide crafting ritual, built-in anti-farm mechanics, and fully configurable active/passive abilities.
Key Features
The Crafting Ritual (Global BossBar) Recipe: Requires rare end-game materials, including Netherite Ingots, a Nether Star, Dragon's Breath, Wither Skeleton Skulls, a Heavy Core, and a Diamond Sword.
60-Minute Countdown: Once crafted, a 60-minute countdown starts. A global BossBar displays the remaining time along with the exact coordinates of the crafting table to every player on the server.
High Risk: If anyone breaks the crafting table before the timer ends, the ritual is canceled and the materials are lost.
Anti-Farm Unique Kill Tracking To prevent players from boosting stats with friends or alts, the sword uses PersistentDataContainer (PDC) storage:
Skill Progression & Unlocks As you gather unique player kills, the sword unlocks new passive buffs and active abilities:
1 Kill: Passive Speed I
2 Kills: + Passive Fire Resistance I
3 Kills: + Passive Strength I
5 Kills: + Passive Weaving I
7 Kills — Daggers of Silence (Active Skill) Trigger: Right-click in the air while holding the sword. Effect: Launches 3 gravity-defying magic daggers in a straight line with red particle trails. Deals direct damage and applies Wither II + Blindness III for 15 seconds. Cooldown: 90 seconds (includes a visual hotbar animation)
10 Kills — Eye of the Hunter (Active Skill): Trigger: Shift + Right-click with the sword. Effect: Opens a head-selection GUI of online players. Selecting a target notifies them ("You are being watched!"), outlines them with Glowing, and prints their exact (X, Y, Z) coordinates in your chat. Cooldown: 90 seconds.
12 Kills — Max Upgrade: Upgrades all passive buffs to their peak levels: Strength II, Speed II, Fire Resistance, and Regeneration II.
