WHAT IT DOES
Neon world .... textures are gradient-mapped into a drifting full-spectrum neon palette
(each cube face direction gets its own hue, like faceted jewels)
Block edges ... every block gets a glowing neon wireframe; rings of light pulse outward from you
LED pixels .... up close, every texture pixel becomes a little glowing LED bulb
Fractal sky ... a Mandelbox-style fold iterated on the view direction: razor-thin neon
filaments on a dark violet void; stars twinkle in rainbow colours
Prismatic fog . distance fog is the sky itself, so the world melts into the fractal
Glow .......... 3-scale bloom, the widest halo split into a rainbow fringe,
white-hot cores, edge lens-blur and chromatic aberration
Extras ........ iridescent oil-slick rims, caustic-ridge water, rainbow lava,
rainbow block-selection outline, neon rain/snow/particles, aurora clouds
