NovaEnchants - 115+ Custom Enchants

What is NovaEnchants?
NovaEnchants is a complete custom enchantment system for survival servers. Players find Mystery Gems, reveal them, and apply them to their gear for one of 115+ enchants across 7 rarities. Every enchant has its own cinematic animation built from display entities, and players unlock stronger enchants by levelling 5 skills. Everything is configurable and works out of the box.



Features

115+ Custom Enchants
( Basic, Elite, Legendary, Godly, Heroic, Mythic and Technology rarities for swords, axes, tools, tridents and every armor piece )

Cinematic Animations
( Each enchant plays its own set piece made of display entities when it triggers, bigger for rarer enchants, with per-player and global budgets )

Mystery Gems
( Right-click to reveal the enchant, then click your gear to apply it through a confirm screen with success and break chances )






Skill Progression
( Combat, Defense, Slaying, Mining and Farming skills. Players level up by playing and unlock new enchants along the way )




Advancement Tabs
( Each skill shows up as its own tab in the vanilla advancements screen, no extra plugin or resource pack needed )



Enchant Guide
( /enchants opens an in-game wiki of every enchant with tier, levels, chance and the skill it belongs to )



Per-Item Menu
( Right-click any weapon or armor piece to see which enchants it holds, which are still locked, and change its skin )



Quests
( Daily and weekly quests with EXP and gem rewards. Extra slots can be unlocked per rank with permissions )



Runes and Bounty Scrolls
( White Runes protect gear on death, Black Runes strip an enchant, Randomization Runes reroll a gem. Bounty Scrolls drop from mobs and pay out gems once their tasks are done )

Gem and Rune Shops
( Players buy gems and runes with experience, no economy plugin required )



Treasures
( Hidden treasure chests spawn around your worlds with loot tables per dimension and biome )

Optional Hooks
( Vault, EssentialsX worth and ShopGUIPlus for auto-sell enchants, MythicMobs for custom mob enchants. Enchants that need a missing plugin simply stay disabled )

Commands

• /enchants - open the enchant guide
• /progress - view your skill levels and unlocks
• /quests - open your daily and weekly quests
• /expshop - open the shop hub
• /gemshop - buy Mystery Gems with experience
• /runeshop - buy runes with experience
• /rune - how runes work
• /treasures - list the hidden treasures
• /ne alerts - toggle enchant activation alerts
• /ne givegem <player> <tier> <grade> - give a Mystery Gem
• /ne giverune <player> <type> - give a rune
• /ne enchant <id> <level> - enchant the held item
• /ne setlevel <player> <skill> <level> - set a skill level
• /ne unlock|lock <player> <id> - unlock or lock an enchant
• /ne reload - reload every config

Permissions

• novaenchants.use - menus and shops (default: everyone)
• novaenchants.admin - admin commands (default: op)
• novaenchants.guide.claim - claim a gem by clicking it in the guide (default: op)
• novaenchants.quests.premium - unlock the premium daily quest slots
• novaenchants.quests.weekly - unlock the weekly quest slots

Requirements

• Paper, Purpur or another Paper fork 1.21+ (plain Spigot is not supported)
• Java 17+ (Java 21 for Minecraft 1.21)
• Optional: Vault, EssentialsX, ShopGUIPlus, MythicMobs
