AuctionHouse gives your players a polished, easy-to-use marketplace. Everything happens in a clean GUI, and it connects to your server’s economy through Vault, so money moves instantly and works with whatever economy plugin you already use. Sellers get paid even when they are offline.
FEATURES
Buy-now listings: Players sell the item in their hand with /ah sell <price>.
Bidding auctions: /ah auction <start price> [hours] starts a timed auction with live bidding.
Anti-snipe: A bid in the last seconds extends the auction, so last-second bids can’t steal it. You can change the time in the config.
Outbid refunds: Bids are taken from the bidder straight away. When someone is outbid they are refunded instantly, even if they are offline.
Categories: Filter by Tools & Weapons, Armor, Blocks, Food, Potions, Spawners and Misc.
Sorting: Newest, ending soon, price low to high, price high to low.
Search: /ah search <text> finds items by name, material or seller.
Confirm screen: Buying and bidding ask “are you sure?” first, so nobody misclicks. You can turn this off.
Your Listings: Players see and cancel their own listings in one click.
Collection Bin: Expired or cancelled items go to a safe bin, so nothing is ever lost. Items from won auctions go here too if the player’s inventory is full.
Offline notifications: Players see what sold, expired or got outbid when they next log in.
Easy prices: Players can type 500, 1,500, 2.5k, 3m or 1b.
Sales tax and listing fee: Both are set in the config as a percent. Sales tax is taken from the seller’s payout and the listing fee is paid up front.
Listing limits: A default limit for everyone, with more for ranks using ahouse.limit.<number>. You can sell this on your store.
Item blacklist: Choose items that can never be listed.
Broadcasts: Announce new listings in chat. You can turn this off.
Safe saving: Data is saved with a safe write, so a crash is much less likely to corrupt it.
Fully configurable: Every message, price rule and GUI title can be changed.

/ah - Opens the auction house (aliases: /auctionhouse, /auction, /ahouse)
/ah sell <price> [amount] - Sells the item in your hand
/ah auction <start price> [hours] - Starts a bidding auction
/ah search <text> - Searches the listings

/ah reload - Reloads the config (admins)
PERMISSIONS
ahouse.use - Use the auction house (default: everyone)
ahouse.sell - Sell items and start auctions (default: everyone)
ahouse.bid - Bid and buy (default: everyone)
ahouse.admin - Reload config and remove any listing with Shift + Right-click (default: OP)
ahouse.limit.<number> - Raise the listing limit, for example ahouse.limit.20 (default: nobody)
ahouse.limit.unlimited - No listing limit (default: nobody)
Note: ahouse.bid is listed in plugin.yml but the plugin doesn’t check it yet. Bidding and buying only need ahouse.use.

- Put the AuctionHouse jar in your plugins folder.
- Restart the server.
- Edit plugins/AuctionHouse/config.yml and use /ah reload.
