A third-party front-end for SpigotMC's BuildTools software.

Attempting to run this software on your server WILL NOT work! It is a standalone graphical Java application.
Do you HATE using the Command Line/Terminal? Is running the correct Java version too difficult? Don't you wish BuildTools would clean up after itself when all you needed was the Spigot Server JAR?
Then give BuildTools GUI a try! It offers an easy-to-use GUI, while still granting you FULL access to BuildTools.
NOTE: While this GUI only requires Java 8 to run, running BuildTools itself may require newer Java versions as Minecraft updates.
