EnchantTable+

Information:
EnchantTable+ adds a couple things:
- Enchant tables now automatically full with lapis.
- Enchant tables are no longer placeable or breakable.
- Enchant tables require a special block formation or item to be made/broken
- Enchant tables now make a sound when the enchant has been succeeded.
- Lapis ore and lapis blocks are no longer pl ac eable or breakable.

I made this plugin for a server owner who wanted to make enchanting like the 1.7.10 (mc version) enchanting.

There are currently no permissions or a config, but I will add these in the futures.

I have recently added the ability to change the blocks used for the creation of the table!

- Create other block placing recipies for anvils, etc.

Configuration: ​

Commands:
- /etp help
- /etp reload
- /etp version
- /etp remove

Permissions:
- EnchantTablePlus.Bypass (Allows bypassing of each part of this plugin)
Makes sure to negate the above permission to make the EnchantTable+ while opped!
- EnchantTablePlus.Reload (Allows reloading of the config.yml)
