River EliftRiver Elift adds four distinctive river styles to your Overworld, each designed to shape the landscape in its own way. From sweeping natural waterways to bold geometric patterns and branching river networks, every style brings a different sense of scale and character to exploration.

Four River StylesReforged — The Winding River

A broad, continuous river that meanders across the landscape in long, flowing curves. Its main water channel can reach approximately 112 blocks across and carve up to around 32 blocks deep at its center, creating a dramatic route through the terrain.Why you’ll love it: Its scale and gentle bends make it feel like a major natural waterway—ideal for long journeys, riverside settlements, and striking landscape views.

Lake8 Rivers — The Eightfold Lake

A deep central lake sends out eight rivers in different directions. The lake’s influence extends roughly 42 blocks from its center, while each river arm can stretch approximately 165–980 blocks. At its deepest, the central basin can reach around 118 blocks below the water level.Why you’ll love it: The lake creates a memorable centerpiece, with eight routes to explore and build along. It gives the surrounding region a clear focal point and a sense of connected waterways.

Square X — The Geometric River

A striking, nearly square river loop surrounds a central area, with diagonal channels reaching from the middle toward the four corners to form an X-shaped layout. The square’s sides are about 700 blocks long, and the diagonal channels extend up to roughly 495 blocks. The main channel is approximately 30 blocks wide, with a deeper central basin.Why you’ll love it: Its bold, symmetrical layout stands out from ordinary terrain and creates natural boundaries, crossings, and dramatic locations for builds.

Y-Branch — The Branching River

A main river divides into two major arms, with six smaller side branches extending from them. The main length varies from roughly 175–675 blocks; the river is generally about 70–90 blocks wide, with the deepest sections reaching approximately 15–84 blocks below the water level.Why you’ll love it: Its many branches create a rich network of waterways, making the landscape feel connected and inviting exploration. It is especially suited to lush, swampy, forested, and cold regions.
