Tickhound

What it does
Tickhound watches your server's TPS, MSPT, memory and plugins, catches lag spikes and tells you which plugin caused them. The results show up in a free web dashboard at tickhound.eu, with clear advice on what to change. It is built for Spigot and Paper-based servers.
How it works

1. Put the jar in plugins and start the server.
2. Run /tickhound link. You get a link and a short code.
3. Open the link, sign in (free) and press Link this server. No token to copy.

After that the dashboard fills with live data within a minute.
Commands ( /tickhound, alias /thound)

• status, info, test, spikes: connection, what is sent, send a sample, recent freezes
• link / connect <token>: link to your account
• scan: send a fresh snapshot of configs and plugins
• stresstest stop: stop a capacity test

Permissions (all default to operators)

• tickhound.use: use /tickhound (status, info, test, spikes)
• tickhound.link: link the server to an account
• tickhound.scan: send a configuration snapshot
• tickhound.stresstest: stop a capacity test
• tickhound.admin: everything above

Privacy
The plugin only talks to tickhound.eu, and only after you have linked it. It sends performance numbers, plugin names and your config files. It never sends player chat, player names, player IPs or world data. Passwords and tokens in configs are masked, and IP addresses in the log are replaced. It never downloads or runs code.
