USAGE: /minecartspeed (value) /minecartwithhopperspeed (value) /minecartwithchestspeed (value) /minecartwithfurnacespeed (value) Value must be between 1-1000

Important note: Must enable minecart improvements experimental setting if used in high speeds because the minecart goes off the track on turns.
