The Factory is Waiting

Welcome back to the Tekkit Classic experience, but brought to a modern version of Minecraft. Here you will find many of the same machines and familiar feelings you remember playing with all those years ago, but with a touch of modern performance, compatibility, exploration, and a couple more mods to play with.

Now not everything here is necessarily the same as the classic. As a kid I always imagined and wanted to be able to build a big hydroelectric dam or a big windmill farm with moving parts to power my house and factory, but sadly IC2 only gave you access to those static blocks and I always found myself skipping over them for solar, nuclear or buildcraft engines.

One of the most important parts to me while making this pack was having all the mods be able to be used collectively and create a unified ecosystem of power. In ReClassic you'll be able to use the create mod to build a renewable energy source that can power all the machines and contractions you can come up with. FE producing machines can power EU machines or EU machines can power FE bases systems. For example Create water/wind power powering Buildcraft quarries, Buildcraft oil refineries being powered by Ic2, Forestry Biogass powering create contraptions. The limitations are only the ones set by you. If you don't enjoy one of the mods this modpack has no progression system to bind you to a playstyle much like the original.

I hope that this pack gives you even a little of the same feeling Tekkit gave me playing for hours after school on my parents 2011 Dell computer and I know I'm ready to innovate and relearn all these amazing mods.
