Monster Fishing Rod
Turn your fishing rod into a unique combat tool! Monster Fishing Rod adds a custom fishing mechanic that lets you hook eligible mobs and reel them toward you. Use it to bring enemies closer, set up melee attacks, and add a new twist to your Minecraft Bedrock adventures.
Features
-
Hook and Pull: Use a vanilla fishing rod to hook eligible nearby mobs and pull them toward you.
-
Combat Utility: Bring enemies within melee range and follow up with your favorite weapons.
-
Visual and Audio Feedback: Enjoy particle effects, sound effects, and on-screen messages that provide feedback when hooking and pulling targets.
-
Cooldown System: Successful use is balanced by a cooldown, preventing the mechanic from being used continuously.
-
Durability Cost: Successfully pulling a target consumes fishing rod durability, adding a cost to using this ability.
-
Configurable Behavior: Customize supported settings through the pack's
scripts/config.jsfile, including whether players can be pulled.
