Chicken Feet Fix
Minecraft Java resource pack. Download on the author's site.
⬇ DownloadMy first resource pack release on Planet Minecraft!
As the title suggests, this pack fixes the chicken textures to have the correct feet orientation as it was in Alpha and Beta versions of Minecraft.
Ever wondered why this is a thing? Well let me explain to you:
When chickens were first added to Minecraft, they were designed with toes on their feet just like their real life counterparts.
But with the release of Beta 1.9 Prerelease 4, it introduced a change which caused the bottom face of every entity model part to be flipped, and that resulted in the chickens' feet looking more like duck feet.
Since then, Mojang has somehow left this issue unfixed for 15 years, and not even a single person cared enough to report it on the bug tracker.
Compatible with version 1.20 and later!
