This is the first "Partner Tier" building! All buildings from this tier will include custom statues(or just be statues), which can be about your minecraft skin, server mascot, celebrity, youtuber skin, your call!
It is a modern building entirely made of glass with wood, polished tuff, polished deepslate and sandstone details. Includes plants and trees decorations for exterior and interior.
This specific building has been made with the purpose of displaying the staff members of an specific minecraft server, separated by colors. But with the provided space, it can be used for anything else! A shop, perhaps? A warp for your server?
But the main detail of the building must be the Female Custom Statue on top, which is a statue with "Lying face down, resting chin in her hands". The statue is costumized as the mascot of the server I made this build (check 12th image)
In the google drive of the building, you may find the building download with and without statue and the statue all by itself.
Remember that, by being Partner Tier and asking for the building, you may choose between download the provided versions OR ASK FOR AN CUSTOMIZED STATUE FOR YOURSELF FOR THIS BUILDING SO YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE IT YOURSELF! I WILL DO A CUSTOM VERSION FOR YOU!
In the future, there will be more "Partner Tier" buildings, with different custom statues versions, which you can also ask for a custom version for you.
If you are PARTNER TIER+ in my Patreon and is interested in this building, please, send me a message.
