Very simple mod, just caps the speed of your Sable contraptions.

How does this work?
- Install it onto your server
- Start the server
- Check the config (the mod's functionality is disabled by default)
- Thats it. Note: Setting the speed limit below 30 may cause unexpected behaviour, like sublevels clipping through the ground. I recommend you keep it over 30. Changes will be applied on the fly into the server.
