Sulfur Oxidation
Bedrock add-on listed for Minecraft 26.x. Download on the author's site.
Use Sulfur Spikes to accelerate copper oxidation by 15×, including copper golems. Remove the effect with honeycomb or an axe, Achievement Friendly.
⬇ Download on CurseForgeSulfur Oxidation gives Sulfur Spikes a new purpose: making copper oxidize 15× faster!
Use a Sulfur Spike on unwaxed copper to accelerate its aging. One application lasts through the remaining oxidation stages, helping you get that weathered green look for your builds. It works with copper blocks, decorative copper blocks, and even copper golems.
If the copper is waxed, the first Sulfur Spike removes the wax. Use another spike to apply the acceleration.
Want to stop the effect?
- Honeycomb: The first use removes the acceleration and consumes one honeycomb in Survival. Use another honeycomb to wax the copper normally.
- Axe: The first use removes the acceleration without scraping away oxidation or damaging the axe. Use it again to scrape the copper normally.
Successful Sulfur Spike applications consume one spike in Survival. Items are not consumed in Creative.
No commands or experimental features are needed—activate the add-on and start aging your copper!
