Paper 1.21.4 · Java 21 · 0.1.0 beta
English (default) · Polish · German[/center]
WatchCraft puts a moderation workspace inside your Paper server. One JAR starts the website and API with your server: player profiles, notes, review cases, team roles and browser-rendered 3D.
Observe with context
Open an online player's profile and start the 3D view. The browser reconstructs bounded server snapshots with simplified textures, nearby entities and equipment.
- F5 — first-person, rear and front perspectives.
- F3 — position, world, biome, server TPS/MSPT and separate browser diagnostics.
- Health, hunger, absorption, air and experience from the player's server state.
Production WatchCraft UI/renderer with a synthetic demo world and sample players. This is a feature demonstration, not a client-screen recording or a load benchmark.
Player profiles and shared reviews
- Online/offline player directory and profile URLs.
- Shared notes, categories, priorities, case status and conclusions.
- Account-attributed activity and moderation history.
- Warn, kick, ban/unban, mute/unmute and freeze/unfreeze according to role.
Invite your team
Create the owner account during first setup. Choose Viewer, Moderator or Administrator, generate a link and send it privately. Your teammate sets their own login/password. Links are single-use and valid for 24 hours.
The API enforces roles. Moderators cannot ban; Administrator or Owner is required. Only Owner manages team accounts and deployment settings. Role changes and account disabling invalidate previous sessions. Web roles do not grant Minecraft OP.
Installation
- Use Paper 1.21.4 and Java 21.
- Put WatchCraft-0.1.0.jar in plugins/ and restart normally.
- Run /watchcraft web and open the panel.
- Complete /setup with an owner login/password and the private code from plugins/WatchCraft/panel-access.txt.
- Invite the team and start observing an online player.
Hosting: Default bind is 127.0.0.1:8123, local to the server machine. Remote access and invitation links need a hosting-allocated port and an HTTPS reverse proxy/domain. UI domain/iframe choices do not create DNS, TLS or port allocations. Browser third-party-cookie policies may require using the panel in its own tab.

Requirements and limits
Requires Paper 1.21.4 / Java 21. Plain Spigot, CraftBukkit, Folia and other versions are not verified.
This beta supports manual review; it does not automatically prove cheating. It reconstructs server data, not the player's screen, original skin, client mods, exact lighting or resource packs. F3 is WatchCraft diagnostics. A self-service password-change/reset form is not included; private owner recovery access is available.
Defaults: 3 distinct targets, 3x3 chunks, up to 3 vertical sections and 24 nearby entities per target. Shared caches and tick-budget checks bound work; the browser renders. There is no zero-lag guarantee. 1,000 players / 10 moderators have not been load-tested.
