i felt that default minecraft water is a bit too bright and blue, especially for rivers, which tend to reflect much more green light. this is a quick and lightweight pack i assembled. the water is textureless and has no animation. it only modifies the water texture file's colour and not the colourmap, so it doesn't need optifine. i might try changing the shade of it, see how i feel about it. maybe i'll turn this into a more extensive colourmap resource pack later. i've added a couple of shots, to get an overall feel of the effect it creates.
