Overview

RB Crop XP is a lightweight gameplay addon that rewards players with experience points when harvesting mature crops and fruits across their Minecraft Bedrock worlds.

Designed with modularity in mind, it functions seamlessly whether you are farming manually by hand or using automated mass-harvesting tools.

Want to harvest faster too? Check out RB Smart Harvest, the companion addon that mass-harvests and replants whole crop fields, and pairs perfectly with RB Crop XP.

Key Features

• Comprehensive Crop Support: Gain XP orbs dynamically when harvesting wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroot, nether wart, cocoa pods, sweet berry bushes, melons, and pumpkins.
• Flexible Harvesting Mechanics:
  • Block Breaking: Standard ground crops, nether wart, cocoa pods, melons, and pumpkins drop XP when broken at maturity.
  • Right-Click Interaction: Mature sweet berry bushes reward XP instantly when harvested via player interaction.
• Natural Growth Verification: Experience points are reserved exclusively for naturally grown crops and fruits at full maturity.
• Standalone or Cooperative: Works out of the box for standard farming, and features built-in cross-addon support to coordinate with automated harvesting packs such as RB Smart Harvest.
• Achievement Friendly: Built without triggering cheat flags, keeping Xbox achievements active in your world.
• Lightweight & Optimized: Built cleanly using modern Minecraft Script API standards with zero lag impact.

How It Works

1. Plant and Grow: Cultivate your crops, bushes, stems, and jungle logs to full maturity.
2. Harvest:
   • Break mature ground crops, cocoa, melons, and pumpkins.
   • Right-click mature sweet berry bushes to pick their berries.
3. Collect XP: Gather the experience orbs dropped directly from your successful harvests.

Experience amounts scale naturally based on the rarity and growth time of each crop type (ranging from 1 XP for basic crops up to 5 XP for naturally grown melons and pumpkins).
