## Getting started
1. Stop your server and place the MonsterGuard JAR in the plugins folder.
2. Start the server and open /mg gui as an administrator.
3. Create a zombie or skeleton guard, assign its equipment and optionally set a patrol route.
4. Enable patrol and check your settings in game.
Management permission: monsterguard.admin (OP by default).
Menu: /mg gui
German: /mg lang de
English: /mg lang en
For updates, back up and retain plugins/MonsterGuard, replace the previous JAR and restart your server. Keep only one MonsterGuard JAR in your plugins folder.
## Development and testing
MonsterGuard continues to be developed as version 1.0. The current build has been tested locally on Spigot and Paper 26.3 with zombie and skeleton guards, including different ground surfaces, elevation changes and returns after combat. These tests do not cover every combination of worlds, plugins and server load. Test the build with your own configuration before using it on a production server.
