⬇ Download on ModrinthEssentially a tier progression mod which you can edit through the config and KubeJS. You set a tier for a specific tool, say like netherite pickaxe to tier_6, and set ancient debris to be tier_7. A netherite pickaxe cannot mine that ore since it is one tier higher. But a tier_7+ pickaxe could mine it. When a pickaxe is a lower tier, the block gets bedrock properties, meaning it is unable to break until you have the correct tool needed to mine it.
