Adds dynamic merchant caravans that travel between villages across the overworld. Protect the caravan from raiding parties to earn reputation and unlock better trades.
How it works
- A caravan spawns near a village with a leader and two llama pack animals, then travels along a route to a second village
- A boss bar tracks the caravan leader's health along the way
- Every ~60 seconds an ambush party of pillagers and vindicators raids the caravan, announced to all players
- Kill raiders near the caravan to earn reputation
- If the leader dies, the caravan is lost — the loss is announced to the server
- When the caravan reaches its destination it stays for a few minutes so players can trade with it
Reputation and trades
Reputation is saved per player and rises as you defend caravans. Three reputation tiers (0 / 50 / 150) unlock better trade offers, from bread and emeralds up to diamonds, netherite scrap and golden apples.
Right-click the caravan leader to open the trade menu.
