An auction house that Bedrock players can use: native Bedrock menus, duplication-proof
An auction house that Bedrock players can use: native Bedrock menus, duplication-proof
On a cross-play server, Bedrock players (on a phone above all) barely use the auction house: chest menus show unreadable lores, a tap buys the wrong item, the anvil search does not open, a price typed in chat fails ("1k", commas). They trade in chat instead.
With CrossplayMarket, Bedrock players (detected by Floodgate) sell the item they hold, search, buy and get back their unsold items from native Bedrock menus, without typing a price in chat. Java players get a chest menu. It works out of the box with SQLite.
Free edition
The Bedrock menus and the duplication safety are the same as in the full edition.
- Bedrock menus: home screen with your balance, lists of 10 to 15 listings per page, a sheet for each listing (enchantments, durability, lore, time left). After a purchase you are back on the same page of the same search
- Selling on Bedrock: /ah sell opens one form with a price field and a duration list, then a confirmation. 1500, 1 500, 1k, 1,5k, 1.5m all work; ambiguous prices (1,500) are refused with a suggestion
- Item names in the player's language, read from the files Geyser downloads itself
- Java chest menu: real items, sort, search, my listings, collection box, your balance. Every click is cancelled: nothing can be taken out
- Collection box: unsold items, items bought with a full inventory. Nothing is ever dropped on the ground
- Search by name, material or enchantment, sort by price, date or end, expiry (6 h / 24 h / 48 h by default)
- Sale notification, or a summary when the seller joins
- Admin commands: remove a listing, ban a player from the auction house, see a player's listings and box, text log
- Up to 50 active listings on the server
- Folia support
- English and French (each player gets the language of their game), editable texts, add your own language
Duplication-proof
Each duplication technique found in other auction house plugins has a defense and a bot test that fails without it:
- Item left in the menu after confirming: the item leaves the inventory before the listing is written
- Disconnecting while confirming: nothing is taken before you confirm, a late answer is ignored
- Clicks in the same tick, shift-click, packet-crafted clicks: every click cancelled, one action at a time
- Two buyers at the same time: one conditional database update, only one wins
- Balance exactly equal to the price: the buyer is charged first and the result is checked
- Item swapped during /ah sell (item frames, armor stands): read and taken in the same tick
- Huge NBT, bundles: size capped, bundles refused by default
- Full inventory: collection box, never dropped
- Client mods that take items out of menus: menu items are display copies
- Server crash in the middle of a purchase: never a duplicated item or money. Each step is written to the database first; an unfinished operation is listed in /ah admin pending and an admin finishes or reverts it in one command. Tested by killing the server at each step
Full edition (12.99 USD)
- Unlimited listings, limit per rank with a permission
- Categories (materials and item tags), in the Bedrock and Java menus
- Listing tax and sale tax
- Several servers, one market: MySQL or MariaDB shared between the servers of a network
- SQL transaction log, /ah admin logs and refunds that never create money
- Shulker box content preview
- PlaceholderAPI
Requirements
- Paper or Folia 1.21.4 to 26.x, Java 21+ (tested on Paper 1.21.11, Paper 26.3 and Folia 26.3)
- Vault (on Folia: VaultUnlocked) and an economy plugin. Any economy that supports Vault works (tested with EssentialsX on Paper and EternalEconomy on Folia)
- Optional: Floodgate, for the Bedrock menus. Without it everyone gets the Java menu
Commands
- /ah, /ah sell [price] [duration], /ah search <text>, /ah selling, /ah collect: permissions crossplaymarket.use, crossplaymarket.sell, everyone. /hdv is an alias
- /ah admin remove | ban | unban | view | purge | pending | resolve: crossplaymarket.admin, op
- /crossplaymarket reload, /crossplaymarket version: crossplaymarket.admin, op
