1:5 USS Arkansas

USS Arkansas (hull number BB-33) was a dreadnought battleship, the second member of the Wyoming class, built by the United States Navy. She was the third ship of the US Navy named in honor of the 25th state. Early in the war, Arkansas performed neutrality patrols, escorted transatlantic and North African supply convoys, and carried troops to the Atlantic Charter Conference in Iceland. On June 6, 1944, Arkansas provided heavy shore bombardment at Omaha Beach, silencing German artillery positions. She bombarded German fortifications during the capture of Cherbourg on June 25, 1944, and supported Operation Dragoon (the invasion of southern France) in August 1944. Transferred to the Pacific in late 1944/early 1945, she provided crucial close-in fire support for the Marines during the Battle of Iwo Jima (February 1945) and the 46-day bombardment of Okinawa (April 1945), while fending off kamikaze attacks. After the war, she participated in Operation Magic Carpet, transporting American service members back to the U.S. mainland.

Please let me know what you would like to see me build WW2 military wise in the comments, I might make some exceptions. I try to make things that no one else has made before.
