Time Travel Rewritten Mod extends Motion Capture with a time travel loop system. You interact with past and future copies of your character along a shared timeline. Actions stay consistent as your past self replays previous movements, block placements, and attacks. This mod lets solo players and multiplayer worlds experiment with causal loops and timeline jumps.
Features:
- Timeline Recording: Records player movement, block interactions, and chat so past selves repeat exact actions.
- Time Jumping: Sends your character forward, backward, or to a custom mark on the timeline.
- Clone Interaction: Lets you fight, collaborate with, or assist recorded copies of yourself.
- Voice Chat Support: Plays back recorded voice lines when paired with the Simple Voice Chat mod.
- Timeline Safety: Includes a quick reset command to wipe history whenever desynchronization happens.
- Accepts time inputs in ticks, seconds, minutes, hours, or days like 1200t, 30s, or 5m.
- Includes settings to adjust maximum jump distances, cooldown timers, and chunk preloading.
- Offers toggles for item tracking, chain deaths, daylight cycle synchronization, and clone damage.
- Displays a timeline timer directly on the screen to track the current world time.
- Lets operators change the displayed names and skins of recorded clones.
Commands:
/timetravel start: Starts recording player actions to the active timeline./timetravel stop: Stops recording actions along the timeline./timetravel status: Shows the current status of the timeline and active recordings./timetravel help: Displays a list of available subcommands and syntax./tt jump <time>: Moves your player forward or backward along the timeline./tt reset confirm: Clears the entire recorded history and resets the timeline.
