Beer
Grow barley and hops, malt the grain, boil it in a copper Brew Kettle over a campfire and ferment it in a Fermenting Barrel into 8 beer styles. Add one of 5 extras, discover 4 Tavern Legends, drink from glass mugs, put them on tables and clink them with friends. A Beer Journal explains it all, and hoppers can run the whole brewery. No client mods: the plugin serves its own resource pack.
How it works
Break grass in taigas and forests for Hops, and in plains and savannas for Barley; both are their own seed. Smoke barley into Malt. Fill a Brew Kettle with water, 4 grain and a hop over a campfire, wait for the boil, and pour the wort into a barrel: warm makes an ale, cold (beside ice) makes a lager. Pour mugs whenever you come back; beer only gets better as it waits. Type /beer journal for the in-game guide.
TIP: Your first beer needs only Hops: 4 vanilla Wheat make a Wheat Beer.

Features
Crops
- Barley grows like wheat; Hops climb a 3-block pole and are picked again and again
- Found in grass by biome, village house chests and wandering traders
Brewing
- Malt and Dark Malt from a smoker, furnace or campfire
- Brew Kettle over any heat (campfire, fire, magma, lava); the timer pauses without heat
- Fermenting Barrel in pale or dark wood; the right wood adds a star, and time in the barrel adds up to two more
- Wall-clock timers: the brewery keeps working while the chunk is unloaded
Beers
- 8 styles: Wheat Beer, Crystal Wheat, Pale Ale (Hoppy: IPA), Pilsner, Red Ale, Märzen, Stout, Dark Lager
- 5 extras (Honey, Sugar, Cocoa, Sweet Berries, Pumpkin) that name the beer and add effects
- 4 secret Tavern Legends with gold names and bonus effects
- Every beer gives buffs that last longer with more stars
Drinking
- Glass mugs with the beer's colour, in hand and on any block (up to 4 per block)
- Tipsy meter: a wobble now and then, passing out, a hangover (all switchable); bread and milk sober you up
- Cheers: drink together for Luck and longer effects
Automation
- The kettle's tap pours straight into a barrel
- Hoppers feed the kettle and barrel and bottle aged beer; dispensers fill the kettle and harvest the crops
Everything else
- Beer Journal with the brewer's guide, styles, extras, legends and recipes
- Self-hosted resource pack, sent beside other plugins' packs
