Adds localizations for enchantment and potion numerals.
So instead of seeing: enchantment.level.255 you will see CCLV (255).
The non-numeral numbers will be next to the numerals in brackets for readability, i might make a version with just the numbers or numerals at some point though.
(All languages should be supported, the only issue you may see is that the default localizations may not have the brackets, but it will be fixed when you get into the extended localizations.)
