Minecraft leaves the origin of the totem completely unexplained so I built my own.
Vanilla totems feel flat and generic. I created douxPR's Totem of Undying to reflect what I feel the totem should actually look like: an ancient artifact forged from both grace and malice. It is a tool of good or evil depending entirely on who wields it which is why it features stone-forged horns balanced by detailed, angelic wings.
