ChangingRat's Armor Effects

Rather than a linear climb of worst to best, every armor with this mod has a use case.

Leather gives you better mobility and even extra health.

Gold gives Haste and, with a full set, Regen. Golden tools mine faster.

Iron increases Knockback. Iron tools have better reach.

Copper increases your damage.

Chainmail increases your attack speed.

Diamond increases jump height.

Recommended mods to use with this:

What Durability? Removes durability as a limitation for low tier armors

Enchantment Disabler To Remove Unbreaking and Mending when used with What Durability?

Weight of Steel Adds additional balancing via armor weight (Copy-Paste Config below for best experience)

Iron's Arms n' Artifice Leather helmet doesn't do anything because you're meant to craft it into the Tricorn or Cowboy Hat from this mod. Most content-heavy mod here, and if you're just looking to balance armors and don't want a gun mod, you can ignore this, though you might have to edit the Weight of Steel config provided below.
