Q&APlugin - Discord Link

This module for Q&APlugin links the plugin to Discord chat. This allows you to ask questions to the bot in the discord chat. The cool thing is, you do not have to configure new questions and you can even use the modules you use ingame.

The modules has a secure registration system that makes you link your discord user to your minecraft user. This allows for replacing placeholders, keeping track of user information, ...



In order to link Q&APlugin to Discord you need to follow these steps.

1. First of all make sure you have a Discord account
2. ENABLE the persistent storage database in your QAPlugin config
   MySQL and SQLite is supported
3. Make sure you are using QAPlugin 2.0.1 or higher!
4. Place the JAR file in the modules folder of your QAPlugin
5. Start the QAPlugin for the first time. You will get a message in the console saying the token is empty
   
   
6. Next you will need to make a Discord Bot
   1. Go to https://discordapp.com/developers/applications/me
   2. Click "Create a new app"
      
      
   3. Give your bot a name (and to your liking a description and avatar)
      
      
   4. In order for it to interact with users you need to click
      "Create a bot user"
      
      
   5. Click on the "Reveal Token" button
      
      
   6. Copy the token to /plugins/QAPlugin/modules/DiscordLink
      
7. Start the server again. The error about the missing Discord Token should be gone.
8. Now we have to add the bot to your Discord server
   1. Find the CLIENT ID of your bot. This was located on the page we created the bot earlier
   2. Go to https://discordapp.com/oauth2/authorize?&client_id=YOUR_CLIENT_ID_HERE&scope=bot&permissions=0
      
   3. Make sure to replace YOUR_CLIENT_ID_HERE with the client id of your bot
   4. Select your server and click "Authorize"
      
      
   5. The bot will join your server. Give him the required permissions
9. Your bot is now installed! Next you will have your users need to register ingame when they ask a question on discord.

USAGE

• Say hello to the bot or just mention him
• Depending on the channel you are in he will private message you with instructions
  
• 
• Join the server
• Say "<trigger word>, discord register ........"
• The other players won't see the registration key
• 
• You will receive a message on discord to confirm the linking
• Now you can just ask normal questions in Discord
  

token: The token of your discord bot (see installation)
trigger-by-mention: Trigger the bot when you mention it (@QAPlugin f.ex.)
trigger-by-word: Trigger just as in the minecraft chat (start, end trigger words)
