- /fmes reload - reload everything, with the line of any mistake

Spoiler: Installation
- Put FlareMessages.jar in your plugins folder and start the server.
- PlaceholderAPI is downloaded and started by itself. SkinsRestorer is optional.
- Edit the files: every option is explained inside. Then /fmes reload.
Spoiler: Anonymous statistics
FlareMessages sends anonymous statistics. No player names or IP addresses. Turn them off with
stats: false.
