This is the first public release of the add-on and is still a work in progress. Features, notification accuracy, compatibility, and overall functionality will continue to be improved in future updates.
Dependencies
Testing
To test notifications quickly, open the Unofficial Port Config file and temporarily reduce the notification odds to something easy to trigger, such as 1/50.
- Locate the Unofficial Port Config.
- Change the desired notification chance(s) to 1/50.
- Join your world and play normally until the first notification appears.
- Once you've confirmed alerts are working, revert the configuration back to your preferred odds to maintain normal gameplay balance.
Note: Using lower odds is intended for testing purposes only and will cause notifications to appear much more frequently than intended. Be sure to restore your original settings after verifying that the add-on is functioning correctly.
Manifest Configuration
Important: For the add-on to work correctly, you must add both the UUID and Version values from this pack to your world's manifest.
- Copy the provided UUID(s) exactly as shown.
- Match the version numbers exactly.
- Ensure the dependency entries are added correctly to your world's manifest.
- Double-check for typos, as incorrect UUIDs or version numbers will prevent the pack from loading properly.
If the add-on does not appear in-game, the first thing to check is that the UUID and Version values in your manifest match the values supplied with this release.
