Klinbee's Revamped Floating Islands datapack but as a dimension
- Going above y 325 will tp u to the dimension
- Going below y -63 will tp u back to the overworld
some of the stuff i changed:
- made the islands a bit further apart compared to the original datapack
- oceans can now generate in different y levels
- removed ancient cities

made this since i wanted to explore stuff using the happy ghast and cuz this was the only one with an ocean
