With this pack, the ores are just whatever stone type they're on (stone, deepslate, netherrack), with the item they normally drop slapped on top of that texture. Normally, you can't do this, so I had to figure out how atlases work. The item part is just another layer, a teeny tiny bit offset so it looks like it's one image. But, this pack does NOT change the textures! It takes the textures for the stone type and the item texture. So, if you've got a custom texture pack, no worries! This should still fit in.
By the way, if you think it isn't working (and maybe it isn't, just lemme know) it might be a resource pack issue. I ended up deleting this and then had to recreate it because I though it was broken. Some packs change block models, which is BAD if you want this one to work. It might work to just put this pack at a higher priority than that one, but you might just have to either remove my pack or delete the model definitions in theirs.
