Minecart Chains Mod (26.3, 1.20.1) – Chain Minecarts Together and Ride Long

Minecart Chains Mod lets you couple minecarts together with iron chains so they move as a short train. The leading cart pulls the rest behind it. A visible chain shows between each pair of carts, so you can see the train clearly while it runs.

Features:

• Chain Coupling: Hold an iron chain and right click a minecart to link it with another cart. Copper chains work too.
• Train Leader: The leading cart pulls the rest. A cart with a rider, a furnace minecart, or the fastest cart usually becomes the leader.
• Long Trains: Link the first pair, then link the next cart to the end of the train. Each cart can hold up to two chain connections.
• Easy Unlinking: Sneak and right click a chained minecart with a chain to unlink it.
• Links up right away when another cart is close enough. If not, right click a second minecart to finish the link.
• Breaks the chain on its own if linked carts get more than three blocks apart.
• Shows a visible chain between coupled carts.

How to Use:

1. Place your minecarts on a rail.
2. Hold an iron chain (or a copper chain) and Right click a minecart.
3. If another cart is close, they couple right away. If not, Right click a second minecart to finish the link.
4. To add more carts, link the next cart to the end of the train.
5. To unlink, Sneak and Right click a chained minecart with a chain.
