Control Procedures
Reaper is to remain under direct operational authority of the TOC Aeronaval Assets Division. Due to the object's strategic importance, conventional containment protocols are superseded by the TCC.
Reaper is permanently assigned to Division Tau-08 "Dutchman", a specialized naval unit responsible for its operation, maintenance, and the deployment of paranormative units. It is authorized to operated beyond established international boundaries, provided it remains concealed from civilian observation. An active Class-Y Illusionary Field is to be maintained while operating within visual range of the coastlines and civilian traffic are to be redirected via conventional communications and falsified navigational warnings.
Deployment of Reaper's primary anomalous armaments requires authorization from no fewer than two Level-4 TOC ANAVCOM officers and its strategic armament requires Q5 Committee approval. Under no circumstances is Reaper permitted to enter civilian harbor.
The use of the word "Unsinkable" is prohibited from use onboard during maintenance procedures. This restriction has been implemented following Incident A-07.
Description
Instance-0006, officially designated PNBB-06 Mourning Reaper, is a TOC manufactured dreadnought designed to combat large-scale aeromaritime threats that pose extraordinary lethality beyond that of conventional means of destruction. Construction commenced following a series of experimentation into the Rune of Life typically inscribed into that of golem constructs.
The Rune of Life is a common pattern found within all runes carved into a golem's initial homunculus state before it is brought to life. Each golem possesses a unique pattern that stems from this root symbol. The discovery of new golems is an extremely rare event as not only does the homunculus state need to be correct, but also the runic inscription onto the form has to be valid, making it a near impossibility without ancient texts.
The Mourning Reaper was born from experimentation in creation of a new golem, intended to act as a ballistic fire control computer to assist crews. Ancient runes vaguely identified as having relation to maritime action in a long forgotten time were brought forward to the research table with many propositions on a valid form.
The Reaper's construction was that of a typical warship, with the only changes being experimental work done in the combat control center. As the ship neared completion, runes were continuously attempted to be inscribed. An incident occurred during this experiment in which an inscription attempt managed to succeed as it the Rune of Life registered and began to flow soul fire through the carvings and throughout the combat control section. Celebration quickly turned into concern as the runic symbolism began to spread beyond the confines of the room and deep into the ship's material, determining not just the room to be a valid homunculus, but a large portion of the ship too. The researches involved including head researcher [REDACTED] were tragically lost as the golem formed around them.
Following this, several weapons appeared to manifest within the depths of the ship, breaking holes through its shell to fire through. Forces of nearby Yuanzhu were dispatched to control the threat but arrived too late. The facility was found in complete devastation and the ship nowhere to be found.
After the incident, a ongoing hunt to capture or destroy the Reaper ensued in which the ship managed to be damaged to the point in which it could be contained.
TOC research believes the ship to be structured almost like a hermit crab in which there exists a massive golem within its core. Its emergence failed to completely break through the ship and instead served as its shell, to which several internal protrusions managed to reinforce. Examination shows heavy damage to its internal lifting cells, meaning that said golem possesses the ability to levitate, lifting the ship with it as it moves. After action report given from its capture indicates that the shell of the ship, while providing significant protection, adds extra burden to the golem within. Thus enough damage to the lifting cells makes the ship too heavy to lift on its own, forcing it to the ground.
The golem within the Mourning Reaper is temperamental but negotiable. Handler ships are to operate with it at all times in order to steer its destructive outbursts.
No further research is authorized into the creation of additional "living" battleships.

The Reaper is meant primarily as an event boss fight. Thus the ship is build with a lot lower wool requirements, a lot greater amount of heavy armor, and thus does not use standard craft files. It is capable of withstanding extremely heavy amounts of fire, requiring fleets of warships to bring down.
Windfarer & Movecraft Compatibility
All weapons on the ship function without the Windfarer plugin as they're Redstone-based. However, if you wish to move the ship around, you need the Windfarer plugin.
