Ice and Fire Unofficial Port Mod (26.3, 1.21.1) – Raise, Ride and Armor

Ice and Fire Unofficial Port Mod brings Ice and Fire: Dragons to NeoForge and Fabric for newer Minecraft versions. It fills your world with fire, ice and lightning dragons, sea serpents, myrmex hives and dread creatures. You can raise a dragon from an egg, ride it and dress it in armor. This mod also fixes many bugs from the old version.

Features:

• Dragons: Adds three kinds of dragons with five growth stages. Find them in caves and roosts with their hoards.
• Tamed Dragons: Lets you raise a dragon from an egg, ride it and dress it in armor. Tamed dragons fight for you and carry you around.
• Creatures: Adds hippogryphs, amphitheres, hippocampi, pixies, sirens, trolls, cyclopes, death worms, cockatrices, Stymphalian birds, ghosts and more.
• Myrmex Hives: Spawns hives with their own queen. The queen now stays in her hive.
• Gear: Adds dragon scale armor, dragonsteel and dragon bone weapons. You forge dragonsteel from the blood and bones of slain dragons.
• Bestiary: Lets you record every creature you meet in a book. The dragon forge is part of the content too.
• Adds silver and sapphire ores, plus piles of gold, silver and copper in dragon lairs.
• Lets you face big mobs like the hydra, the cyclops, gorgons and sea serpents.
• Includes 36 structures, 420 recipes and 372 advancements.
• Works on NeoForge and Fabric. Worlds and items from the older Forge version upgrade to this one.
• Uses Rampart for the model and animation code that Citadel used to give. Models look the same as before.

Dragon and Mob Fixes:

• Dragons, death worms, sea serpents, dread creatures and young myrmexes are no longer drawn several times too big.
• Riders now sit on the dragon’s back, not under its body.
• Dragon parts no longer pile up in old worlds, so the log stops filling with “UUID of added entity already exists” errors.
• Hippogryphs and griffins no longer get stuck in the air with folded wings.
• Amphitheres no longer sit in the air after you get off.
• Hippogryphs and amphitheres no longer take off in caves below y 0.
• The dragon horn now works when you click a dragon part.
• The lightning dragon head no longer twitches while flying.
• Every hydra neck now has a hitbox.

Crash and Server Fixes:

• A stone statue no longer crashes the game or the world on load. Worlds that crashed load again and keep their statues.
• Features and structures at the world border no longer cause crashes.
• Server crashes are fixed when a myrmex swarmer, death worm or troll dies.
• Dragons no longer send about 200 useless network packets per second. This should cut riding lag on servers.
• Players can no longer use the network to damage any mob, rewrite any hive or make any dragon breathe fire.
• Two players can summon with crystals at the same time without breaking each other.

World and Item Fixes:

• Graveyards and mausoleums no longer generate on oceans.
• The “dangerous worldgen distance from spawn” setting works again.
• Bestiary entry names are now easy to read on the parchment.
• Light gray banner patterns show the right name.
• Deathworm armor repairs with the right chitin.
• Skin no longer shows through helmets.
