VoxelCore

Create once. Bring custom Minecraft content to Java and Bedrock Edition!

VoxelCore is a powerful content creation and resource-pack management plugin for Minecraft servers, allowing developers and server owners to create custom items, blocks, models, GUIs, HUDs and more.

Build your own content using configurable YAML definitions and custom assets, then automatically generate resource packs for supported Minecraft versions — including Bedrock conversion through Geyser integration.

Whether you're building a survival server, RPG, custom adventure experience or an entirely new Minecraft world, VoxelCore provides the foundation to bring your creativity to life.

✨ Features
Create Your Own Content
VoxelCore is designed around content packs, giving server owners control over their custom creations. Create custom item and block definitions, organise assets, configure rendering behaviour and define how content interacts with players. Use your own models and textures, configure UI elements, and generate the resource packs needed to display everything in-game.

Java & Bedrock Edition Support
One of VoxelCore's main features is its ability to generate supported Bedrock resources from Java content. Through Geyser integration, VoxelCore can generate Bedrock item mappings, models, textures and resource packs, reducing the need to maintain entirely separate content pipelines. An optional Geyser extension provides additional support for compatible custom entity projections.

Note:
Geyser integration and configuration are required for Bedrock support. Some features vary between editions, and full Java/Bedrock parity is not guaranteed.

⚙️ Minecraft Compatibility
VoxelCore provides separate plugin JARs for different Minecraft server versions.
Available distribution families:
The exact smoke-tested versions are 1.12.2, 1.13.2, 1.14.4, 1.19.4, 1.20.5, 1.21.4, 26.2 and 26.3. Not every intermediate version is individually tested.

Getting Started
  1. Download the VoxelCore JAR matching your Minecraft server version.
  2. Place the JAR into your server's plugins/ directory.
  3. Start the server to generate the initial configuration.
  4. Add and configure your custom content packs.
  5. Validate and generate your resource pack.
  6. Configure resource-pack distribution and begin using your custom content.
For Bedrock Edition, follow the separate Geyser installation guide.
