Azuchi Castle Map is a castle map designed by Odawarer. Explore the historic legacy of feudal Japan with Azuchi Castle, once the formidable stronghold of Oda Nobunaga, a prominent figure in Japanese history. Constructed between 1576 and 1579 on the tranquil shores of Lake Biwa in Ōmi Province, Azuchi Castle stood as a symbol of power and authority during the tumultuous Sengoku period. However, its fate took a dramatic turn in the summer of 1582, following Nobunaga’s tragic demise at Honnō-ji. Betrayed by Akechi Mitsuhide, the castle fell victim to flames, marking the end of an era. Today, through this meticulously crafted Minecraft rendition, you can walk the corridors of history and witness the grandeur and tragedy that defined Azuchi Castle.
