SpawnEggDrop is an open source plugin that make mobs occasionally drop spawn eggs. The drop chances are easily configurable per mob in the config file.
SpawnEggDrop can be combined with SilkSpawners so that players can change spawners to any mob type.
spawneggdrop is a free Minecraft Java mod. Compatible with Minecraft 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.10, 1.21.11 and newer. Downloaded 5 times (via Hangar). Download it and open it directly in the game.
