This water level decreases over time and is lost more quickly when running or in Hell. Dehydration causes slow movement, nausea, and continuous blood loss. Drinking water directly from rivers or lakes carries the risk of poisoning if not used with bare hands. Bottled water can be boiled in a furnace to create safe, clean water. Fruits, soups, and milk also help restore the character’s moisture.
