Fixes [the vanilla issue of non-persistent cooldowns](https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-111801) (excluding server restarts). All this does is track cooldowns in memory and re-apply them when needed, periodically removing old ones.
CooldownPersist is a free Minecraft Java mod. Compatible with Minecraft 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1 and newer. Available via Hangar. Download it and open it directly in the game.
