Cat Girls Resource Pack swaps out the standard villagers and wandering traders for cute cat girls. This gives every village a fun, anime-inspired look. All the NPCs you trade with will now have cat ears and tails. Since the pack only changes these specific mobs, it is simple to mix with other texture packs you might be using.
