Better Hopper Resource Pack simply changes the hopper so that when it’s placed in a direction other than straight down, and all this is possible through the use of textures from this pack. Of course, there are various developments from other users, but most of them use arrows, which is very much not immersive. That’s the reason why this pack was created! All in all, with this pack installed, you will have a more primitive, but interesting option, especially for the vanilla version of Minecraft.
