Better Bone Meal Data Pack allows players to use bonemeal on plants that are typically not affected by it, such as cacti, sugar cane, nether wart, and vines. By holding sugar in the offhand and bonemeal in the main hand, players can speed up the growth of these plants. The pack also includes configuration options to customize which plants can be affected by bonemeal.
