You need to craft the main item and throw it on a zombie to ascend him. The main item is the Undead’s Heart. - Your reward after defeating The Ascended is “the Exhausted Heart”, the player who carries this item in the inventory will receive an effect:
- The blessing of the Undead: Zombies and Skeletons will no longer attack those with this item. When the night time comes, grants: Speed II, Jump Boost II, Resistant II, and Strength II.
