Wither Swords Data Pack 1.18.1, 1.17.1 introduces new weapons into the game. They are the Lightning Blade and Venom Blade, and they are the bane of any undead creatures. Upon acquiring them, they will be automatically enchanted with Smite V. Not only that, but they also have a unique effect when you use them to strike an undead mob. The Lightning Blade will call down lightning to strike the undead. While the Venom Blade will curse them with the Wither effect, dealing constant damage. These swords have a chance to drop when you kill a Wither. Have fun!
