How Does Saturation Affect Regeneration?

The amount of health you regenerate depends on your saturation level, which varies based on the food you eat.
For example:

🥕 Golden Carrots provide 14 saturation points, while
🍞 Bread only provides 6 saturation points.

This means that golden carrots restore more than twice as much health as bread, without needing to eat multiple times. 

Java Saturation NEW: Adds Java saturation and regeneration, plus the saturation counter.

No-UI Version: Adds Java saturation and regeneration without the saturation counter, for better compatibility with other UI addons or if you simply prefer not to display the UI.

This addon does not disable achievements
