✅To break a block with your helmet you need to jump over it. You can only break blocks like:
-Stone
-Cobblestone
-Netherrack
-Tuff
-End stone
-Dirt
-Deepslate
-Coal Ore
-Deepsslate Coal Ore
-Moss Block
-Clay
RECIPES

The helmet offers the same protection as vanilla helmets plus they can be enchanted.
